yet another unheard complaint

blogger updated their interface, and just like all the other updates that phuk everything up, i didn't like it. so they asked for feedback, but when i clicked 'submit', they basikally said 'we don't want to hear it, we don't give a shyt what your opinions are, so phuk off'. but, they of course couldn't say that, so they actually said 'something bad happened'. yeah, was there 'bad' language involved? something like 'phuk off and die'?. so, anyway, i thought i'd post it here, just incase i ever get the chance to actually send this to them. but, something tells me they wouldn't give a shyt anyway. no one does anymore. it seems like the word 'progress' has taken on a whole new evility. my entire computer experience is being redesigned for idiots, and not for people like me. when did logik become a bad thing.

don't shock people with a completely new layout, update it slowly, piece by piece, so people can get used to each thing, and learn how to use it, instead of learning where everything is all at once. i liked the old interface, i saw nothing wrong with it, it was easy to use, and i knew where everything was. i saw where there could be some improvements, like organization, but what i just saw was the complete opposite of what i would've done. i couldn't find or understand anything, and was very confused. the majority of the page was stuff i would never use, and the things i did use often, were gone. many of the updates i've seen lately, for anything, they always make features for what 'the average user' would do, but no one considers anymore what 'everyone' would want, so they take out features that i use regularly. and, of course, when i try to submit this, 'something bad happened'. why am i not surprised. that seems to happen a lot lately. why do i get the feeling people don't want to hear my feedback. they make me waste my time on this form, and then 'oops'. if you're going to ask for feedback, at least make it work right.

how about not taking out any features at all. no one can ever explain why they remove features i use. what does it hurt to keep those features. how about putting all your features into neatly organized menus. so i can click on 'blog' and 'create new blog' or 'edit blog', or 'create new post' or 'edit post'.
